Burrowed Inn
Winter is, perhaps, the most fascinating of seasons. It has been called the season of death. Its weather is the most dangerous, crops have a tough time growing… life seems to want to halt in general. But, as a human being, we have the privilege of making the choice to step out from our Inns and witnessing the wonder of winter. In fact, as dwellers of this often frigid land I recommend one does this every day. Burrowing one's self within the confines of manmade walls can and will drive a person to severe physical and emotional unbalance. As stated before, we need to expel energy, this is a must. But because of the cold and our lifestyles it is very easy for us to lock ourselves in with the heaters on full blast and the televisions turned on. However, what we do not see immediately are the slow mechanics of depression, anxiety, agitation (among many other mental problems) starting to turn. Not to mention the lack of vitamin D from the sun. This message might seem like a pretty obvious reminder, but trust me; it is very easy to burrow yourself in, only to find that you now posses a slew of emotional issues (all within a week).
