Where Did It All Go?
Of all the subjects that stir the pot death, it seems, stirs the largest. Perhaps it is people's fear of the potentially end all be all of the inevitable that scares people, or perhaps it is the fact that none of us truly know exactly what will happen. We have ideas, beliefs and theories; we have science and religion, but in all honesty we have no concrete evidence of what happens to the consciousness that is us when we perish. How do I of all people know this to be true? Because, we are all still alive. And perhaps that is it, perhaps death, like so much else, is all just an ironic aspect of existence that we worry so much about, but is far different than our minds can comprehend at this time. Perhaps, just perhaps, instead of worrying so much about what happens when we die (where we will go, what we will remember and so on) we aught to live out each moment of life wondering about life. After all, it is those very moments of life we spend worrying and scrambling to protect that get lost while doing so. Seems like a waste...
